Employees request a Certificate of Employment or Service Record; HR fulfils it without opening a filing cabinet.

What it does

  • Certificate of Employment, Service Record, Authority to Travel Abroad and Authority to Teach, each with its own print.
  • Request, process and release as one tracked loop — the employee downloads the released document themselves.

What it does not do

The Service Record print carries a visible caveat box: it is an employee snapshot, not the certified positions-held and compensation history, and the CSC form number it issues on is pinned against your agency's prescribed form at pilot. HR completes and verifies it before release. The certified form itself we do not generate — its fill-up procedure is not obtainable, and we will not invent one.

Who asked for what, when they asked, and where it got to — in one queue rather than an email thread. Two of these are the same employee, which is the point of a register: the second request does not overwrite the first.
