- Every item can carry its Qualification Standards, shown on the item's own record.
- Filter by office, status or salary grade to answer a DBM question in one screen.
- A position is a funded item with a number, not a job title — the distinction generic HR software gets wrong.
What it does not do
We model the register, not the PSIPOP submission file. We have never seen that file's field dictionary, so we do not claim to produce one for submission. Your items themselves arrive through the onboarding migration kit and are maintained in the administration console; these screens read the register, filter it and report on it.
