- 2A full monthly payroll cycle, end to end, with GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and PERA on the slip. Then we change one employee’s salary grade and step and run it again in front of you.

Bring your skepticism
The most useful walkthroughs are the ones where someone arrives determined to catch the software out. If there is a computation your office does by hand, a form you have never seen software get right, or a figure you want to check against your own records — say so when you request, and we will have it open.
One thing worth checking first
Dakila is built for agencies covered by the Salary Standardization Law and the civil service rules — salary grades and steps, CSC leave credits, GSIS. If your agency is chartered outside SSL and runs a board-approved compensation plan instead, the payroll layer would need to be fitted to it. Say so when you request, and we will scope that work before the meeting.
What we would need from you
Your salary schedule, your rating weights, your leave categories, your agency category, the form your office actually submits. The whole list is on one page, and it is a reasonable agenda for the half hour if you would rather spend it on that than on a tour.
If a walkthrough is not the first step
Two other things can be asked for instead: a scoping pass against your own forms and the equipment a deployment would sit on, or a pilot on a single form or a single office against your own records. That pilot is the diff that lifts the unverified stamp on the generated files. Say which you want in the mail.
