Built on engagement
Step increment and NOSI
Three-year step increments, gated on performance rating, with the notice and any retroactive differential.
What it does
- The three-year rule and its satisfactory-service gate are confirmed requirements in the product's statutory ledger — recorded to build to, not running as code today.
- Plantilla items already carry salary grade and step. No grade-and-step peso matrix sits between them, because the schedule is re-issued annually and the authorised amount is your agency's own instance data — a statutory peso table is never frozen into the product.
- The engagement's scope: anniversary detection against your rating cycle, the Notice of Salary Increment print, and retroactive differentials handled as arrears.
What it does not do
Built on engagement: no salary grade and step peso matrix ships, here or in the product, so the values an increment moves between load from your agency's own issuance, and the satisfactory-service gate is designed against your agency's own rating practice.
