Attendance and daily time record

Check-in from a phone, a monthly calendar, and corrections that route for approval.

What it does

  • Check-in and check-out built for a thumb, geofenced against the shift's own location — a punch from outside the radius is refused by the server, not warned about in the interface.
  • The geofence runs only inside an active shift window. Outside one, the punch is recorded as offshift and no boundary is checked — worth knowing before you rely on it, and we would rather you heard it from us.
  • Monthly attendance calendar per employee.
  • The monthly daily time record, printed per employee, with undertime converted at the civil service fractions table.
  • Attendance requests for days the log is missing — worked on duty or from home — with an approval trail.
  • Shift schedules and shift-change requests, with approval creating the assignment automatically.
